Athletics
Athletics at Heritage:
Our students compete with our school teams as the Heritage Regional High School Huskies. The Huskies participate and compete in the RSEQ Monteregie (Réseau Sport Étudiant Québec), GMAA (Greater Montreal Athletic Association), SSIAA (South Shore Interscholastic Athletic Association). The interscholastic sports teams are offered to all Heritage Regional High School students. Practices typically take place after school hours from 16h10-17h30, from 17h30 to 19h00, or before school from 8h00 to 9h00.
Heritage is home to 2-double gymnasiums, 1-double gymnastics and wrestling gymnasium, 2 fully equipped weight rooms, 1 spinning room, two-full size soccer turf fields, a football turf field, and a 400-meter track with long and triple jump sand pits.
